Jonathan E. Rebell (jrebell@fgrslaw.com) practices digital media and technology law with a focus on helping emerging technology companies with licensing, content acquisition and distribution, and other intellectual property transactions.   He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating agreements in connection with advertising technology, SaaS platforms, cloud computing, data licensing, technology outsourcing and e-commerce.  His expertise extends to virtual + augmented reality and artificial intelligence. Jon also advises a diverse array of organizations on compliance with privacy and data protection best practices.    For over 13 years, Jon has built his legal career as in-house counsel for some of the top digital media and marketing companies in the world such as NBCUniversal, Viacom (including Nickelodeon) and Experian Marketing Services.  He has been on the front lines of helping his clients learn and navigate optimal uses of new technologies and incorporate compliance with new laws, regulations and legal trends in smart, business driven, practical ways.  Jon completed his undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with honors from George Washington University Law School. He currently serves on the Leadership Council of Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
